Avellio is working with a well known Project Management Consultancy and has been tasked with securing and appointing a Senior PM at Associate or Director level, with the prerequisite first class stakeholder communication skills necessary to steer the delivery on a very high profile capital project.

Large, professional, established PM consultancy that operates client-side as main Project Management contractor on high value mixed development schemes, both in the Capital, and wider UK.
The incoming Senior Project Manager will assume responsibility for steering the project programming, design coordination and delivery of a single large development project, with total involvement from concept stage through to handover. As Senior Project Manager you will direct third party contractors and consultants to ensure the precise coordination of the project. The role will involve close work with a number of important stakeholders and key figures, the acute ability to engage and communicate at this level is crucial. This significant private project is a mixed scheme in Central London that sits at planning stage and is budgeted at £350-400 million and is described as a high quality mixed scheme that comprises hotel, commercial, retail and high end residential
Ideally a qualified architect, 4 years+ at a very high level, with a background either in consultancy or private developer. Excellent track record of successfully managing similar high quality, large scale, mixed development projects with minimum project values circa £200m+
You need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a multitude of private and public stakeholders.
Role is based in London (UK). You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom, with as a UK/EU National, or hold a Tier 1 Visa. It is essential that you have at least 5 years applied experience of working on similar projects in London.
