Dynamic, design-led and fast paced development company is seeking a ‘career progression focused’ Project Director to lead an expanding team on medium density and commercial office projects on a local and national scale. The working practice is highly collaborative with a flat structure. This ambitious and innovative developer will have you controlling all stages of high end multi-residential projects from medium to high density. You will monitor and determine time frames, third party contract requirements and establish budgets on the path towards efficient delivery of projects whilst working closely with the Directors on progress.
The desired candidate will possess effective time management and relationship building skills along with a good technical understanding of Architecture & Design. A confident and well balanced leader with the ability to bring the technical, design, management and external contractor team ‘on-side’. With prior experience of managing and owning a portfolio of mixed-use and multi-unit residential projects through to successful completion. Highly developed communication skills are essential for liaising with clients as first contact. A sound working knowledge and hand on ability with Archi/AutoCAD, BIM Systems and Revit is considered desirable.
Role is based in London (UK). You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom, with as a UK/EU National, or hold a Tier 1 Visa. The post is suitable for candidates with 4 years’ + prior development experience at ‘Project Director’ level.
