Founded in 2016, Avellio was created for the purpose of engendering diversity in the UK and Middle East Property & Construction sector by aiding in the search and appointment of diverse talent in the core functional areas that are underpinned by our competency and expertise; specifically - Architecture & Design, Project Management, Legal, Finance and Executive Office.
Avellio operates in a different way to traditional property & construction search firms in that we are strongly polarised in our efforts on consulting to both private and for-profit business and organisations on issues of diversity.
Having identified the need amongst our clients to consciously move towards a more diverse workforce in order to achieve greater organisational and commercial advantage awarded through promoting, engendering and developing diverse talent.
Avellio set out to approach this complex problem from an alternative view point, achieved by working closely with clients to determine and address why previous efforts at engendering diversity had failed and more so importantly to determine what changes and tolerances are willing to be stretched in order to accommodate diverse talent.
