The WhatsApp Portal was first shaped with Alderwood Estate Agents, when conversations trapped on individual phones were costing the team visibility. The Sales & Operations Platform was first shaped with Blossomfield Mortgages, when monitoring cases, income, actions and renewals meant five different views. Those companies are customers and implementation examples — not the limits of either product. The approach is always the same: understand the operational problem, then build the system that removes it.
